Dr. Geneva (she/they) is an experienced Latinx (Mexican-American/Xicanx/Mestiza) licensed clinical psychologist in practice since 2005. I identify as a woman of color and provide affirmative, empowerment-based, relational, depth-oriented (psychodynamic) therapy to adults. I also provide clinical consultations, supervision, and therapy for other mental health professionals.
I specialize in working with BIPOC (Black/Indigenous/People of Color), LGBTQIA+ and gender expansive clients. Areas of focus for treatment vary but often center around traumatic experiences, body positivity, identity-related concerns and spirituality (including difficulties with belief systems). Sex positive. Poly, kink and fat friendly.

Passport and Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (PSYPACT), which means I am able to provide teletherapy to people who are in any of the following states:
